The word create "positive thought" is used by everyone but to implement is another very deep topic. Below is an attempt which could change our way of thinking and pre-program brain and also do a "marma" which takes only 1 minute each morning explained below
It is said that between 6am to 8am each morning, our mind is calmer, silent due to rest and sleep it has had in a conscious state. However at this same time, the sub-conscious mind is at it its most powerful state also but we mis-use it and do not realise.
Below is a typical scenario is most household as they rise in morning.
Our mind starts auto program and we either begin to start our chores, or catch up with breaking news, internet, mobile phone on or read newspaper etc and have breakfast. All these activities are open to outside stimulus injecting negative thoughts into sub-conscious sate at a time when it is most powerful and the process of weakening begins.
Then at night, we end up watch news again or entertainment program and then go to sleep injecting some more negative thoughts into sub-conscious states. Sometimes we can't even sleep because we are disturbed either through the interaction you had during the day which was negative or some other cause.
This process is wrong because if it takes 17 positive steps to kill one negative step –you can imagine our pre-programming and daily habits are the cause of it. "We create our own pain" therefore BECAUSE we have sent so many negative vibrations already into sub-conscious state at the wrong moments and cumulative effect is negative one. The problem 9 times out of 10 is that we have developed such habits.
TRY THIS and you will get powerful simply by small tweak of pre-coded brain and begin to create your own thought which will lead to feelings into words and action and whatever happens in situations in the middle of day, you can try train your mind to remain stable and calmer.
- As you wake up set aside first 10 minutes in solitude and avoid all types of interaction with people in house, mobile phone, tv ,read paper news etc…and Spend first 5 minutes to feed sub-conscious mind some positive vibrations such as read spiritual scripture or do one round of maha mantra takes 7 minutes. Spend next 1 minute and exercise below "Marma" for your mind focus. The next 2 minutes visualise the day ahead and create a thought of how you are going to make it positive one irrespective of outcome and negative stimulus as soon as you start interaction with the world.
This is like just like having breakfast….feed you sub-conscious state healthy breakfast also with powerful thought only you can create your own destiny for the day
- At night before you go to sleep, set aside another 10 minutes. Try switch off read spiritual script or do maha mantra or anything which brings the busy mind down to calm state for that rest and also reflect on day gone and ensure to delete hard disk in your brain of any bad feeling or negativity also and start again next morning
DO this "Marma" -1 minute
Take your right palm press it against back of the brain tightly.
Take your left fore finger and press that against the centre of your forehead and then slowly release forefinger in and out into forehead and count 1-6 and do that 6 times and breathe in and out. This literally takes 30 seconds. Take the left thumb press into the right palm under the right thumb and do that 6 times.
This will take care of the "central" chakra in the brain system intelligence give it a boost and circulate blood faster and your focus and concentration level will improve dramatically by doing it 7 days a week and reap benefits in studies, career or any field you are in.
