Wasteful territory here can mean nothing better to do or gossip. Also you spend most of the time to go work, then come home and eat then watch TV and go to sleep and perhaps this is your entire life defined by you and you are the creator of it!. Some will then say I have no time, so busy these days, do not know how time flies by…yet achieved very little in life.
D) We all need think about saying "NO" sometimes without being aggressive but being assertive and same time polite either in a work place setting or in family and social life when in situations you feel like NOT to comply or keep saying YES which makes you unhappy inside. Many a time we actually seek approval and acceptance of people just to please them even though this causes discontentment and stress within yourself. Ask yourself WHY? IF you continue to do so and get approval from people will you still be happy? Will making them happy in some situations give you same happiness? Or is the fact that when you go along with people and say YES all the time that they approve of you which then make you feel happy? Always check are you doing more than your capacity allows you and when you don't feel like doing or saying yes all the time -each time will you still get the same love or respect back? The 3 A's can be challenging and can create turmoil within you (Approval, Acceptance and Appreciation) Remember this: 2 things to understand 1) Your power to say "NO" and the other person's ability to listen to a "NO". Ask these questions. So try experiment yourself and being assertive does not mean aggressive or bossy or taking control. It means you are clear, focussed and know what you need to achieve.
We all think at some point –and as the day starts off, so many things to do and easily get distracted from events happening around us some positive and some negative. The cycle just continues with happiness and distress that come and go in our daily life.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY CTRL-ALT-DEL?
Ever heard of the term CTRL-ALT-DEL? Course you have.
It is CONTROL –ALT & DELETE BUTTONS ON YOUR COMPUTER!!
What does it do? Simple. If my computer malfunctions or the program is not working or my computer is too slow or hanging –I am quick to GET FRUSTRATED and react and press CTRL-ALT-DEL right? You must have done that before.
What is the result? Well the computer shuts down and re-boots and makes a new start right and we are back on track!
In life, we need to understand this too but at a much deeper level and awaken our sub-consciousness and see if we can implement this concept below and practice on ourselves daily to try and consciously re-transform many aspects of our lives for the better especially in this kalyug age.

"Control" is our Mind & Senses, Alt –is Look for Alternatives when things are not working or change your perception and ways of thinking. DEL—Delete all the "Negativity" or circumstances you come across or any hate you have developed over someone you had conflicts with in the past. Sometimes though, we do not delete at all and store this imprint in our brain and later on when that circumstance crops up, our sub-consciousness mind starts to trigger again. So next step is to make sure we go to the re-cycle bin and delete from there also. Just like the Computer does a "re-boot" so will our brain for it will have erased negativity if you act on it and next time you will have forgotten incident or situation that provoked these thoughts. You would be one thought away from pressing this button yourself to change
Our Anger & frustrations
Ever asked yourself what is it that makes you angry or frustrated sometimes? Is it the world out there or the fact that it is "habitual" to you. If it is habitual you must re-dress. If it is the world you blame –then we must change to adapt. Basically, we are all human and we need to understand that sometimes we get irritated at first basic level. If this irritation repeats to the level where it causes "frustration", we are more than likely to emote anger feelings which emnate from within ourselves automatically. This may last 2minutes or several minutes or even a day and we calm down and it is like "temporary insanity" and we become normal again –this is normal right? Or is it? You can do one thing though. If you get irritated, check yourself and try to stop before the next level comes up to frustrate you further. IF these bad feelings leave the body it starts to create negativity and affects us and the people around us too. We need to ask ourselves and try practice why we do this sometimes and understand within each one of us what is it that radiates this negative energy within? So it only takes a thought to avoid this and the time it takes is only a second to trigger…?
You might be thinking where is this leading to though? Read on...Well it is simple for the ones who read this and have some spiritual knowledge to connect what this means and for the ones who do not yet comprehend –well you have some homework to do in your personal life to think about some concepts but then that is your choice which you can make "conciouslely" or choose not to do so?
Our Body is temporary
We all understand by now that our body is temporary for it will follow the laws of nature. Get Born –become a youth, then adulthood then old age and finally death and get re-born again into a different form. But our Body is "Matter". Our mind is one that has an imprint that will go with the soul at the time of our deaths and even in gita it has been said that "your state of mind" at the time of your death will determine your next journey in life. Our body actually has two minds. One which is "gross" and that is the matter which the body is made of and which will turn to ash and wither away. The other is "subtle" mind which is our ego & intelligence and this will CARRY FORWARD into next life under a different body or "costume". You may be lucky to be re-born in human form depending on what you do in this life you are given to use wisely. You may not share the same view here but what you reap is what you sow.
Why is this important? It is important if you believe in Karmic actions and re-actions. It is said and many of us refer to this also without thinking deeply that oh, it is the laws of karma….and you are suffering today because of your past karma etc?
When our body departs us –remember one thing –ALL MATTER IS GONE!
ALL OUR RELATIONSHIPS ARE GONE!
BUT one thing that remains is the IMPRINT OF THE SOUL at time of departure which is CARRIED FORWARD. Your efforts to improve the karma you inherited from the past gives you an opportunity today to make changes and build upon it so when the body perishes away again, this IMPRINT will carry forward again and bring about improved karma in next life and so on. Perhaps you may see someone 1st time and think you know this person so well or there is an instant close connection .OR you meet someone for the 1st time and have an instant dislike or hate for that person? –it probably means the karma which was positive or negative has brought this together in another form in front of you under different set of circumstances and time lapse if we can accept this logic?
What does this all mean? It means all of us need to understand our SUB-CONSIOUSNESS minds better and try to make that strong so that the Soul inside is strong and NOT WEAK. Why is it important? Because of this imprint in our mind we will carry forward at the time of our death? Easier said than done and HOW? There are so many difficulties in the world today and you have a responsibility to bear and live this on a daily basis and doing all these seems too challenging. But you can try and nothing is impossible if you set about the right way to bring about a positive imprint in your brain daily whilst maintaining activities.
To make your soul stronger, do one thing more: If possible early hours of morning as you wake up or sometime during the day if you are busy, detoxify your soul for it is already contaminated the day we came back to a material world and simply chant maha mantra

Feed our Mind
Just like we eat foods to nourish the body and exercise to energise the body we can do the same with our MINDS. We can read as much scriptures and follow some routines and educate ourselves and that food is our intelligence. The exercise part is to meditate. Address the "subtle part" of our body and change our thinking such that it is POSITIVE most of the time if not all the time even in NEGATIVE circumstances and when we change this perception, our soul will transform itself from any weakness it may have brought about with karma to then become a much stronger soul imprint to carry forward again.
